Innovative Hrd Practices (Workspaces) - A Conceptual Observe
Abstract
The growth of startups and the popularity of the gig economy first sparked interest in shared office spaces. These two factors played a big role in helping the co-working industry grow. The latest increase in demand for co-working spaces comes from big companies moving away from traditional office setups, especially in the service industry and some multinational corporations. Because of this, there has been a rise in the need for co-working spaces. There is a common misunderstanding that if a group of professionals rents an office, they will all work in the same space together. There are several reasons why co-working spaces are better than a traditional office. A work area is similar to any other shared space. Think about moving to a shared apartment. The people who live there are responsible for keeping the common areas, like the kitchen, bathrooms, and living rooms, clean and maintained. These spaces were built without the usual corporate rules about what is considered an “office,” and they are meant to create a creative and team-oriented environment for energetic people who work there. All the usual corporate rules about what can and cannot be called an “office” have been ignored in the design of these spaces. This essay provides a conceptual discussion about the development and importance of co-working environments. The topic is about how shared offices have evolved over time.
