CISTITIS IDIOPATICA FELINA: UN ACERCAMIENTO AL DIAGNOSTICO
Abstract
To gather objective information, a thorough bibliographic review was conducted focusing on the diagnosis
and pathophysiology of one of the most prevalent and underdiagnosed diseases in daily feline practice. Feline Idiopathic Cystitis (FIC), also known as Pandora Syndrome, represents a condition of significant research relevance due to its unknown true etiology and the numerous gaps in information. Therefore, the aim of this study is to guide veterinarians in the effective, timely, and accurate diagnosis based on scientific sources and publications no older than 5 years, with the purpose of providing clinicians with updated and precise data
