Abstract
Nurse entrepreneurship is an emerging and impactful domain within nursing that integrates clinical expertise with innovative, business-oriented thinking. With the growing demand for healthcare innovation, shifting roles of nurses, and emerging technologies, nursing entrepreneurship has the potential to enhance healthcare services, empower nurses, and contribute to public health improvement. The study explores the knowledge and attitudes toward nurse entrepreneurship among nursing staff in a metropolitan city hospital, highlighting both the barriers and opportunities for entrepreneurial engagement in the nursing profession.
