Abstract

Vitiligo is a chronic skin condition characterized by the loss of pigmentation in certain areas of the skin, leading to the development of white patches. It affects individuals across various age groups and can significantly impact the physical appearance, leading to emotional and psychological distress. The exact etiology of vitiligo remains unclear, but it is believed to involve a complex interplay of genetic, autoimmune, and environmental factors. While conventional treatments like corticosteroids, phototherapy, and surgical interventions are commonly used, homeopathy offers a holistic, individualized approach to the management of vitiligo.
